Red Cross Responds to Home Fire in Pulaski

The American Red Cross Lakeland Chapter responded to a home fire that occurred around 10:20pm on Friday, January 16 in the town of Pulaski, affecting two adults.

An American Red Cross Disaster Volunteer assisted the family with monetary assistance for immediate clothing needs and meals. Comfort kits (which includes soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, washcloth, comb, facial tissue, deodorant, razors, shaving cream and lotion) and home-made quilts were also given to the two affected adults. Currently, our clients are staying with family. 

Red Cross disaster assistance is free and is made possible by community donations.
